Recently renovated, 2 floors, improvements made to upstairs area, brand new equipment and a new high performance area. Great facilities for group/team training. Blessed to have the facilities close by.

Huge credit to them in this difficult time operating in the covid19 environment. Place is spotless with abundance of sanitising stations, wipes and excellent satefy controls. The one to ones is which I use are very supportive and know exactly what programme to draw up and keep you motivated
