I was working in the area from England for the day and this was the only gym near my accommodation. Went in and was instantly welcomed by Dave with comfortability and an amazing atmosphere. The time and effort put into making this gym the way it is, incredible! Loads of equipment upstairs and downstairs. Gutted I won’t be training here for another day because the place is amazing! Great gym, good location with plenty of parking and great equipmen, but first and foremost what an absolute pleasure it was meeting David. Genuinely one of the nicest guys I've met, and his passion and enthusiasm for his gym is clear to see. The environment is friendly and it's obvious that stems from David, seeing him interact with the members that came in the gym whilst I was training, and talking to him about his various members that compete, he makes it clear he genuinely cares and isn't just out to get members in for the money. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough whether you're a local looking for a membership or like me travelling and looking for somewhere to train on a day pass.
