On the ground floor, we offer specialised Olympic lifting classes led by the highly skilled Coach Colm Rigney. The ground floor also serves as the hub for our dynamic kids MMA classes, where Coach Curtis Ori Orison works with young athletes, helping them build strength, discipline, and confidence through martial arts.
