Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers.Sessions involve hitting focus pads or a hanging bag. No class involves ever hitting a teammate.It is fun, challenging and a safe workout. It is great for relieving stress. You work at your own pace which makes the class accessible to all ages and fitness levels.Our coach is an experienced boxer and martial arts coach who will make you reach any goal you have set.

Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross training available today. It’s based upon the training principles that have existed for over 200 years. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems in a manner that not only ensures diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including hand eye co- ordination, balance and timing. We have adapted the classes to form a fun, addictive, safe, stress busting workout suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
